Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines to meet production requirements
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and consistency
• Conduct routine visual and dimensional quality inspections
• Record production data and report any equipment or quality concerns
• Operate Counterbalance forklift to move raw materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good manufacturing practices

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating extrusion or similar production machinery
• Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance forklift operating experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
• Steel-toed safety shoes required
