Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight within warehouse and distribution operations
• Assist with pick and pack, and material handling tasks
• Safely handle products weighing up to 30 lbs
• Support daily logistics and transportation workflows
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and client procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs
• Physically capable of performing repetitive manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is an asset but not required
